Promotion of 80 houses with two and three bedrooms, under a cooperative that will rise in an area of about 9.000 square meters. The building occupies the former EMT garages on Bravo Murillo Street, just 100 meters from the roundabout that bears its name. In total, 80 homes with two or three bedrooms, including some duplex penthouses, will be built.
The project also includes shops and a public garden plaza, with a children's playground and a public gym. The two bedroom houses start from a usable surface of 62 square meters and the usable area of the three bedrooms of 77 square meters. Finally, duplex, with an area of 90 square meters, plus 24 terrace. It includes a garage (two in the case of the duplex) and a storage room.
As an others residential building projects, we work on the creation of the BIM project, with all the arquitecture and construction, in adittion to the part of the facilities. In this project, the creatoin of the parametric families to make the quantities of materials, in turn, served to send them to the factory and modify them.
